Would the japs win the war for the pacific in ww2 if it wernt for the nuke bombs?

Let's say the if those A,H,and N bombs never got built,would the usa have lost against hiro hitos kamakazi army?the usa had already suffered several major blows and lost many men,the most famous battle usa lost was at pearl harbor cuz the organized a surprise attack..so I get to thinking how much longer would've the war lasted and who would've won
